PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which calculates fortune information at any arbitrary point, based on the exact positional information, and to provide a means to preserve and peruse the information, because the fortune information based on the conventional art of feng shui shows only by a direction from a reference point of the good or ill luck, and is not calculation based, on the exact position information on the degree of fortune at the present point, at a positioning time, and is not displayed nor time-series accumulated based on the fortune numerical value information and is not a system which calculates the accumulated total fortune numerical information from the positioning start time.;SOLUTION: The position information of a user is obtained manually or automatically by a mobile phone, a portable information terminal, a portable game machine, a computer and a car which are mounted with a global positioning system. Collation is performed with the position information on another one point or a plurality of points which are previously obtained and preserved; a calculation is conducted on a moving direction and a moving distance into a present position; and the fortune state and its degree at the present position are calculated numerically, based on the fortune direction information based on art of feng shui, and display on the terminal panel or output on a medium, such as paper. The fortune information calculated is accumulated in the memory region of the computer which is network-connected at the memory region of the terminal interior or the terminal, and additional numerical information from the positioning start time is displayed on the terminal panel or is output to the medium, such as paper.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
