PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device which avoid anomalous diffusion and facilitate classical confinement of both electrons and ions in order to confine a plasma which is especially important to enable nuclear fusion reaction. PSOLUTION: The plasma confinement device is provided which includes a chamber, a magnetic field generator for applying a magnetic field into the chamber virtually along its main axis, a current coil for guiding a directional electric field into the chamber and a plasma source for pouring plasma containing electrons and ions into the chamber.
