PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather seal device for a floating roof tank, which prevents rain water from entering the floating roof tank and, at the same time, prevents stored liquid conveyed to the upper part of a float roof seal from a tank from flowing out onto the top of a roof plate, and to provide a floating roof tank having such a weather seal device.;SOLUTION: The weather seal device 10 is designed so that in a predetermined area (L) above at least a storage liquid receiving piping 201 of the floating roof tank 1, one end 11b of a weather hood 11 is brought into contact with a tank external wall 200 and the other end 11c of the weather hood 11 is firmly fixed to the outer peripheral side wall 103 of a pontoon 101.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
