PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To not allow a third person who picked up a patient registration card to see personal information of a person receiving a diagnostic service even when the person receiving the diagnostic service lost the patient registration card. PSOLUTION: When the person receiving the diagnostic service goes through registration for the diagnostic service, the personal information of the person receiving the diagnostic service is displayed on an electronic diagnostic registration card 10. When the diagnosis is completed, the personal information of the person receiving the diagnostic service is deleted from the electronic diagnostic registration card 10. This enables the personal information of the person receiving the diagnostic service to be displayed on the electronic diagnostic registration card 10 inside a medical institution and the personal information of the person receiving the diagnostic service not to be displayed on the electronic diagnostic registration card 10 outside the medical institution. Therefore, even when the third person who picked up the electronic diagnostic registration card 10 lost outside the medical institution, the personal information on the person receiving the diagnostic service cannot be seen, consequently the personal information of the person receiving the diagnostic service is appropriately protected.
