PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-sensing lens module having no risk of deformations and distortions in a solder reflow process, and to provide a method for mounting the imaging lens module. PSOLUTION: The image-sensing lens module is formed by providing with a substrate, an optical sensor fixed to the substrate, a lens group placed at the upper section of the optical sensor and a barrel holder for fixing the lens group for placing the lens group at the upper section of the optical sensor. The lens group has a glass section, placed on the optical sensor side and a lens made of plastics projecting a central section on the anti-optical sensor side in the glass section. The non-glass section side in the lens made of plastics is formed by providing with a resin coating layer made of heat-resisting plastics. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
