PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain new vinylidene chloride-based resin composition that is made into a film by extrusion at a high extrusion rate and has excellent heat stability, a biaxially oriented film that is obtained by film formation from the vinylidene chloride-based resin composition and has excellent barrier property and transparency and a multilayer film including the oriented film.;SOLUTION: The copolymer composition comprises a vinylidene chloride-methyl acrylate copolymer resin containing ≥4 wt.% and ≤6 wt.% of a methyl acrylate component and having a weight-average molecular weight by gel permeation chromatography method of ≥60,000 and ≤80,000 and contains fixed amounts of (a) an epoxidized vegetable oil, (b) 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, (c) dl-α-tocopherol, (d) a thio-di-fatty acid dialkyl ester and (e) an ethylenediaminetetraacetate as additives.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
