PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design method of deodorization equipment of a waste keeping chamber capable of efficiently performing deodorization by controlling an air stream in the keeping chamber for keeping waste, and an operation method of the deodorization equipment.;SOLUTION: In the design method of the deodorization equipment 16 for deodorizing an odor generated from the waste inside the keeping chamber 10 by a deodorant contained in air inside the keeping chamber 10, in order to turn a temperature distribution and an air wind speed distribution inside the keeping chamber 10 in summer to be within a set range, the installation position, number and size of outdoor air take-in windows to be provided on the side wall parts 11 and 12 of the keeping chamber 10 and the installation position, number and exhaust capacity of fans 14 for exhaust to be provided on the ceiling part 13 of the keeping chamber 10 are determined. Further, in order to turn the concentration of the deodorant to be within a set range, the installation position and number of deodorant spraying nozzles 15 to be provided on the ceiling part 13 of the keeping chamber 10 are determined. Also, in the operation method, in order to maintain the temperature distribution and the air wind speed distribution inside the keeping chamber 10 within a set range, the opening degree of each outdoor air take-in window and the operation of each fan 14 for the exhaust are adjusted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
