PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an allowance value setting method having high convenience when making clothes.;SOLUTION: This allowance value setting method which introduces an allowance value for making clothes to dress form information comprises showing an allowance introduction section contained in dress form information, setting a plurality of peripheral control points on the periphery of the allowance introduction section and arranging in the inside a plurality of allowance reference points, and arranging an allowance reference line connecting the allowance reference points.
