PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a strong and stable steel pipe soil cement pile having large shear strength, and having large support force from below.;SOLUTION: This construction method performs an excavation process of excavating the ground 40 by an excavation bit by lowering while rotating the excavation bit 1 while injecting compressed air into the other side from the tip of a leading pipe 2, a soil cement pile constructing process of constructing a soil cement pile 46 in a ground excavation part and its periphery by mixing cement milk and sediment in the ground excavation part 42 and its periphery 44 by lifting while rotating the excavation bit while injecting the compressed air outward so as to wrap the injected cement milk from the periphery with the compressed air by injecting the cement milk outward under superhigh pressure by an injection nozzle after excavating the ground up to the predetermined depth by the excavation bit, and a steel pipe press-in process of vertically pressing a steel pipe 48 in a central part of the soil cement pile before solidification.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
