PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method which prevents significant damage to household effects and persons, which exerts an effect on the shock of an earthquake in all directions, and which prevents the complication of a structure and an increase in labor and cost.;SOLUTION: A seismic-control fitting 1C, which is integrated with a brace 30 at the end of the brace 30, is installed and fixed on a structure-side fitting 1A via an elastic body or a viscoelastic body by means of a screw spike etc. The brace-integrated fitting is installed, and a structural wall is installed in a well-balanced manner in a ridge direction and a span direction. A fitting of the same type as that of brace-integrated fitting is installed on a corner post and a column base portion of a bearing wall, so as to effectively cope with the vertical shock of the earthquake.
