PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message distribution system capable of easily informing a fault or the like.;SOLUTION: A message transmission part 24 of an emergency message transmission terminal 20 displays a screen requesting an input of the content of the message after displaying the screen requesting input of a destination of the emergency message. When an operator instructs transmission after inputting these information, the message transmission part 24 transmits the emergency message to an emergency message delivery service 61. The emergency message delivery service 61 acquires an IP address of a store terminal 10 corresponding to identification information in the emergency message with reference to a master file 63 such as terminal, and transmits the emergency message to a specific port address of each IP address.
