INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION SYSTEM BASED ON E-MAIL ANALYSIS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide am individual performance evaluation system which can perform object person's performance evaluation objectively by using information on e-mail currently used for business.;SOLUTION: This system is provided with; a whole project e-mail log storing means to store logs of all pieces of e-mail relating to a business project; an evaluation object person registration means in which names of the object person set as an object of the evaluation of an individual is registered; an e-mail thread analysis means which inputs an object person's name registered in the evaluation object person registration means, and analyzes the time length of a thread in which the object person is an initial originator, the number of threads in which the object person is an initial originator, and the number of threads of the whole project within the thread contained in the logs of the e-mail stored in the whole project e-mail log storing means; and an object person start thread time length storing means in which the time length of the thread in which the object person is the initial originator which is analyzed by the e-mail thread analysis means is stored.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
