PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain user information required in a state that the information is kept secret from a third party while suppressing a communication burden of a TTP (Trusted Third Party) and a service providing server.;SOLUTION: Additional information is given to received user log-in information, and information in which additional information is given to user log-in information is encrypted by a different encryption key for each service which the user receives.
