PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screening method of a detection marker of a specific disease being a detection marker of a disease such as cancer or the like, capable of easily finding out a quantifiable one with high precision by a technique thoroughly different from a conventional method for noticing the development of a gene.;SOLUTION: In the screening method of the detection marker of the specific disease, the specimens separated from a healthy living body and a living body affected by the specific disease or a fraction of a part thereof fractionated on the basis of a molecular weight is applied to a liquid chromatography/mass analyzing method and the obtained peaks of m/z are compared between the specimen originating from the healthy living body and the specimen originated from the living body affected by the specific disease and the peak of m/z significantly specific to the specimen originating from the healthy living body or the specimen originated from the living body affected by the specific disease is selected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
