PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining quickly with high sensitivity without loss or contamination at a decomposition time of a slightly-soluble sintered compact, in analysis of a trace amount of chlorine included in the slightly-soluble sintered compact.;SOLUTION: In this determination method of a trace amount of chlorine included in the slightly-soluble sintered compact, after weighing a slightly-soluble sintered compact sample in a decomposition container, sulfuric acid and ultrapure water are added thereto, and the container is plugged close and heated to decompose a sample, and then the chlorine concentration in solution acquired thereby is measured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
