OLIGONUCLEOTIDE SET FOR DETECTING VIRUS, ANALYSIS METHOD AND KIT FOR DETECTING EBV, CMV AND HHV-6

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method for rapidly and simply analyzing two or more species of viruses out of 3 species, EBV (Epstein-Barr virus), CMV(Cytomegalovirus) and HHV-6 (Human herpesvirus 6) which are important in transplantation medicine. PSOLUTION: Two or more species of viruses selected from EBV, CMV and HHV-9 are simultaneously detected by using two or more species oligonucleotides selected from the following (a)-(c): (a) one, two or more species oligonucleotides targeting for a specific base sequence in EBV BALF5 gene or its complementary sequence, (b) one, two or more species oligonucleotides targeting for a specific base sequence in CMV IE gene or its complementary sequence, (c) one, two or more species oligonucleotides targeting for a specific base sequence in HHV-6 U31 gene or its complementary sequence.
