PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle microphone device quickly determining a directivity direction.;SOLUTION: A height h of a head rest 80a detected by a height position sensor 42, an angle θ of a back rest part 80b detected by an angle sensor 43, and a front/rear position m of a seat 80 detected by a front/rear position sensor 44 are read (S1). A mouth position of a driver is calculated using the height h, the angle θ and the front/rear position m (S2). A microphone element having the directivity direction nearest to the mouth position is specified based on the calculated mouth position (S3). An amplifier in a microphone array processing part 35 is adjusted such that a gain of the microphone element having the directivity direction of an intersection b5 nearest to the mouth position (black round mark a) becomes higher than a gain of the other microphone element (S4).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
