A four-way selector valve 23 is switched to a cooling cycle, a low pressure and a high pressure in the cycle are fixed, a coolant overheating degree of an indoor heat exchanger 71 outlet is fixed to carry out cooling operation in all of the indoor units 7A, 7B, and when an opening of an indoor expansion valve 71 and/or a supercooling expansion valve 28 is a predetermined value or more in this state, it is determined that the coolant charged amount is a gas low state.
