PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blessing program for a job seeker, blessing job seeker's success in finding employment.;SOLUTION: A computer is caused to execute: a probability setting procedure (step 204) of setting the probability of winning a present; a hiring decision recognition procedure (step 205) of recognizing the information of a decision to hire the job seeker; a present drawing procedure (step 207) of performing the processing of drawing whether or not to give a present to the job seeker who is hired; a present dispatch procedure (step 209) of sending the present to the job seeker who wins in the drawing; and a result compensation recognition procedure (step 210) of recognizing the payment of result compensation from a recruiting company side which decides to hire the job seeker to the financial institution of the organizer side of the drawing processing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
