PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order receipt confirmation system, an order receipt confirmation method, and an order receipt confirmation program capable of efficiently providing information suitable to a customer.;SOLUTION: A facsimile reply server 50 is connected to an order management server 40 that manages an order from a customer, and has a comment file data storage part 52 for storing comments associated with each information item identifier of delivery delay information, product information, and sales organization information.
