PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collection of books lending support system, a collection of books lending support method, and a collection of books lending support program which can efficiently perform lending of collections of books accommodated in an automatic library.;SOLUTION: A management server 21 of a library system 20 extracts collection of books data of corresponding collection of books from collection of books database 22 based on retrieval information of collections of books. When the extracted collection of books data is accommodated in an automatic library and a user terminal 12 transmitting the retrieval information is a user terminal in the library, the collection of books lending support system generates screen data of a screen including a taking-out button of taking-out link to take out this collection of books and transmits it to the user terminal 12. When the management server 21 receives collection of books identifier of the collection of books whose taking-out button is selected, the management server 21 performs delivery direction to a control part 31 of an automatic library system 30 after performing user authentication processing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
