PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the history information disclosure system of food-grilled-on-skewer product for disclosing history information ranging from production information and manufacturing information to sales information, and for enabling a general consumer to quickly and easily confirm the history information. PSOLUTION: The history information disclosure system of a food-grilled-on-skewer product is configured by connecting the following devices through the Internet 70, that is, a management device 10 equipped with a function for storing history information ranging from production information and manufacturing information to sales information and a Web server function for distributing the history information; terminal equipment 20 installed at the side of a general consumer 21, and equipped with a function for browsing the history information; and terminal equipment 30, 50 and 60 installed at a producer 31 of configuring raw materials and a manufacturer 51 and a seller 61 of a food-grilled-on-skewer product, and equipped with functions for transmitting the production information, manufacturing information and sales information to the management device 10.
