PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify an application which issues a command to prevent access processings from being performed, from separate applications with respect to a single data file. PSOLUTION: When a transaction is started between a card-type storage device 11 and a transaction device 21 and a data file to be accessed by the transaction device 21 is determined, a unique identifier for specifying the transaction device 21 is generated in the card-type storage device 11; the transaction device is notified of the unique identifier; the unique identifier is imparted to an access command to the card-type storage device 11 of the transaction device 21, until the end of the transaction and in the card-type storage device 11, when the unique identifier imparted to the access command from the transaction device 21 matches the unique identifier generated for the transaction; and processings in response to the access command from the transaction device 21 are executed.
