PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus stop sign equipped with a lighting and flickering device for emergency, a radio guidance alarm device for emergency and a streetlamp function. PSOLUTION: Such a social structure in which peace of mind and safety can be purchased for no payment as in the old days of Japan has collapsed because of world globalization to cause a social situation in which a security guard, which is once a television story, actually works out as a business. In recent years, natural disasters and abnormality disasters frequently take place in the natural world, apart from whether to be affected by global warming effect, and people starts to seriously take a crime prevention system in emergency and natural disasters. To solve or prevent the above problem, one means is provided, which uses a bus stop sign that certainly exists on a main street or in a certain settlement as a landmark, assembly place or movement base in emergency and disaster.
