PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method capable of accurately, quickly and simply measuring phosphorylation or dephosphorylation enzyme activity of protein kinase.;SOLUTION: The enzyme activity measuring method of protein kinase comprises reacting a substrate peptide with protein kinase in the presence of metal colloid, or reacting the substrate peptide with protein kinase and then adding the metal colloid, and measuring the enzyme activity due to phosphorylation of protein kinase based on color tone change of the obtained reaction liquid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
