The field terminal 10 accepts the input of bearings representing the attachment direction of the cables, and determines unbalanced tension vectors representing the attachment direction represented by the bearings and the tension of the cables. The field terminal 10 accepts the input of guy design information for the calculation of a strength of a guy, and calculates a strength of the guy from the guy design information. The field terminal 10 accepts the input of the installation direction of the guy, and determines a guy strength vector representing the installation direction and strength of the guy.
