PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the lack of reliability because a connection terminal of an antenna sometimes can not surely be connected to a module terminal though the connection module is connected with the module terminal by using a conductive adhesive or the like in a conventional manner. PSOLUTION: In a non-contact type IC card having an antenna embedded inside a card base body, wherein a connection terminal of the antenna cut off and divided by grinding the card base body in order to form a recessed part for making an IC module to be fitted into communicates with a terminal of the mounted IC module by conductive material, a resin layer by a sheet constituting the card base body is provided between the connection terminal of the antenna and the IC module except a part between the terminals.
