PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of improving anode speed in a stack channel as deterioration of a cathode catalyst is accelerated at an anode side where liquid water is accumulated and this state causes reduction of stack voltage and stack life. PSOLUTION: The parallel dual stack fuel cell system 10 having an anode recirculation system includes a parallel dual stack system having a first fuel cell stack 12 and second fuel cell stack 14. The first and second fuel cell stacks include gas outlet lines 26 and 28 connected with an anode outlet unit 30, respectively. The anode outlet unit has a function for discharging wet HSB2/SB/NSB2/SBgas mixtures from the system. A second water separator is provided between the anode outlet unit and inlet lines 18 and 20 to the first and second fuel cell stacks ahead of a recirculation pump in order to improve removal of waterdrops.
