PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote operation system whose security has been improved. PSOLUTION: This network system 1 is provided with: terminal equipment 5 having a display part for displaying information stored in a storage part on an operation picture; a composite unit 2 connected through a network to the terminal equipment 5, and equipped with a display part for displaying the icon of the operation picture of the terminal equipment 5, an operation accepting part for accepting the operation of a user to the icon displayed at the display part, and a control part for remotely operating the terminal equipment 5 based on the operation accepted by the operation accepting part; and an information processing part for controlling whether or not to make the display part of the composite unit 2 display the icon displayed on the operation picture of the display part 5 of the terminal equipment 5.
