PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user terminal, remote server, remote operation system, remote operation method, and remote operation system program that enable operation and browsing of an apparatus communicatively connected with a device by using the device which is a remote operation object when users perform remote operation with each other.SOLUTION: When one of a user terminal 10 and a user terminal 150 performs remote operation and the other accepts remote operation, setting operation to accept remote operation or browsing of an operation screen is made by using a screen transfer function held by the user terminal 10 and the user terminal 150.
