PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer service taken into consideration so that the customers visiting a business store are not bored in the window business or the reception business in such stores as banks, post offices, security firms, hospitals, travel agencies, pharmacies and restaurants, to provide a system for introducing a new commodity and doing a public relation on the content of the new service by utilizing the waiting time of the customer, and to provide a system for providing information for more deeply understanding the facilities by making the users grasp the service provided by the facilities to the users visiting for utilizing the public facilities. PSOLUTION: A numbered ticket to be issued when the stores and the public facilities receive the customers or the users visiting the windows, has a constitution displaying not only a number of reception but also a two-dimensional bar code describing web site address of the store or the public facility on the numbered ticket.
