PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect fraudulence occurring concerning a count signal and to heighten the flexibility of a prize claim ticket issue apparatus.;SOLUTION: The sign logic of the count signal is switched of a sign logic switching means 14 of the prize claim ticket issue apparatus. In a set mode, the on time and the off time of a count pulse appearing on the count signal from a game medium counter 30 are measured by a measuring means 15, and the average value is calculated and stored in an arithmetic storage means 16. In an operation mode, the on time and the off time of a pulse appearing on an external count signal are measured by the measuring means 15, and the measured on time and the off time are compared with the on time and the off time fetched from the arithmetic storage means at comparison determination means 17.
