PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture vessel regulating body that positions various culture vessels without increasing cost, and to provide a holder and a culture apparatus.;SOLUTION: A culture vessel regulating plate 300 is equipped with vessel holes 301 for directly positioning the relative position relation of cell culture vessels 200 to the holder 100 to place the cell culture vessels 200 and a small hole 302 for positioning the culture vessel regulating plate 300 on the holder 100.
