INTERCELLULAR DELIVERY OF BIOLOGICAL EFFECTOR BY NEW TRANSPORTER PEPTIDE SEQUENCE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transporter peptide capable of moving across a biological membrane, and to provide a method for using the transporter peptide transporting an effector across a biological membrane. PSOLUTION: The transporter peptide contains at least one amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of following amino acid sequences: (a) (XSBm/SBRXSBo/SBRXSBn/SB); (b) (XSBm/SBRRRXSBn/SB); (c) (XSBm/SBRRXRXSBn/SB); and (d) (XSBm/SBRXRRXSBn/SB), and the transporter peptide can move across a biological membrane. Wherein, X is a non-basic amino acid; m is an integer of 0-14; n is independent of m and an integer between 0 and 14; o is independent of m and n and an integer between 0 and 5.
