PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables the selective formation of a carrier-integral type noble microparticle of nanometer in size by means of a dry process, a carrier-integral type noble metal catalyst which is prepared by using the method, a microreactor having the carrier-integral type noble metal catalyst, and a manufacturing method of the microreactor.;SOLUTION: The thin film of a platinum oxide 26 is formed on a microchannel 14 of the microreactor 10.
