PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for preparing a trachea implant having excellent preservation stability while being biocompatibilized to the peripheral tissue at an early stage without causing immunorejection after implantation, and to provide the thus prepared trachea implant, and a method for disseminating a lyophilized trachea matrix piece and a cell useful in preparing the tracheae implant. PSOLUTION: The method for preparing the trachea implant comprises a step (a) for eliminating an antigen reactive cell by washing a trachea piece homologous or heterologous to a patient only with a substantially nonionic surfactant; a step (b) for washing the trachea piece (trachea matrix piece) from which the antigen reactive cell is removed, with sterilized water; a step (c) for lyophilizing the trachea matrix piece after washed; a step (d) for reswelling the lyophilized trachea matrix piece prepared through the above steps, at need; and a step (e) for growing the fibroblast and trachea epitheliocyte of the patient who undergoes implantation, at least on the internal wall surface of the reswollen trachea matrix piece.
