PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device which prevent growth of weeds, safely and promptly repaires grooves, cracks, or the like caused in a paved road surface, and provides labor reduction of workers.;SOLUTION: The paved road repairing construction method comprises: a first process of cleaning the grooves and cracks of a paved road by high pressure water; and a second process of filling the filler in the grooves and cracks of the paved road. A third process of pressing the filled filler, and a fourth process of carrying out surface treatment also can be composed.
