PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoreceptor which has satisfactory durability to wear deterioration and edge peeling even when used in an image forming process by a contact charging system, therefore prevents occurrence of streaky image defects and black spots due to wear deterioration and edge peeling, and which has improved adhesion between a conductive member and a photosensitive layer, and to provide an image forming apparatus and a process cartridge using the organic photoreceptor.;SOLUTION: The organic photoreceptor is obtained by sequentially disposing at least an intermediate layer and a photosensitive layer on a conductive support, wherein an outermost surface layer of the organic photoreceptor contains fine particles and the intermediate layer and the photosensitive layer as lower layers are covered with the outermost surface layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
