PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversible heat-sensitive recording medium which is free from generation of surface cracks, even in case it is handled like a paper and does not become curled even when such handling is repeated, and makes the attributes of a conventional medium such as printability, adhesion and conveyability compatible with each other, and enables stable repeating of color development and color fading, and a reversible heat-sensitive recording label, a reversible heat-sensitive recording member, an image processing device and an image processing method. PSOLUTION: This reversible heat-sensitive recording medium comprises a support, a heat-sensitive recording layer formed on the support, and a protecting layer formed on the heat-sensitive recording layer. In addition, the heat-sensitive recording layer includes an electron-donating coloring compound and an electron-accepting compound, and shows a reversibly changing color tone depending on temperature. Further, the protecting layer is composed of the reversible heat-sensitive recording medium comprising a polymerization product of a composition which comprises two kinds of acrylate compounds selected from a group consisting of acrylate compounds with a pentaerythritol group and acrylate compounds with a dipentaerythritol compound.
