PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide child-care equipment with a seat on which a picture matching toy is mounted for children including a baby and a somewhat growing child to enjoy.;SOLUTION: The child-care equipment 20 with the seat comprises the seat 21 and the picture matching toy 11 mounted in a front space of the seat. The notable picture matching toy 11 consists of a rod member and a plurality of rotors as members which are rotatably held on the rod member and on the surfaces of which a plurality of different patterns are drawn.
