PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration and noise of underfloor equipment (main transformer, for example) transmitted inside a car.;SOLUTION: An upper vibration-proof rubber member 11 is provided between the main transformer 6 and a mounting metal 7, and a lower vibration-proof rubber member 12 is provided between the mounting metal 7 and a washer 7. The mounting metal 7 for the main transformer 6 is held between the upper vibration-proof rubber member 11 and the lower vibration-proof rubber member 12. The mounting metal 7 and the vibration-proof rubber members 11 and 12 have through holes 7a, 11a, and 12a.
