PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a prior art display system and a prior art display control program which can display more quickly the content of the prior arts such as a publication of intellectual property acquired by searching and a relevant publication.;SOLUTION: User side terminal equipment 107 which composes the prior art display system acquires the publication number of a relevant publication by searching a database of intellectual properties, such as an abstract database with a search section 126 and displays the prior art discrimination information such as the publication number and the quoted publication obtained by searching using a database 129 corresponding to quoted publication-URL on a display 104. When a user specifies either of the pieces of the prior art information, a communication control part 125 acquires the content of the prior art stored at a corresponding address in the Internet by using an attached URL and displays it on the display 104.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
