PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemically stable biological hard tissue which can correspond to body fluid environments changed by acids produced with bacteria living in oral cavities, disease inflammations in living bodies, or the like. PSOLUTION: This method for identifying an acid resistance-participating substance in the biological hard tissue is characterized by qualitatively analyzing the parts of a sliced biological hard tissue specimen by micro X-ray diffractometry, immersing the sliced biological hard tissue specimen in an acidic solution, qualitatively analyzing a part left without being dissolved, by micro X-ray diffractometry, and comparing the qualitative analysis results of the biological hard tissue specimen before and after the immersion in the acid solution to identify the acid resistance-participating substance.
