PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase-transfer catalyst separable and recoverable by magnetic force and enabling the reuse of the catalyst.;SOLUTION: A phosphonium salt supported on a magnetic fine particle, expressed by the figure and separable and recoverable by a magnet is used as a phase-transfer catalyst.
