PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To not only reduce corrections when changing configurations of an examination result generation system and an acceptance system but also allow the execution of cooperation management considering examination states of procedures, by implementing a cooperation management system which manages cooperation between the acceptance system which accepts and preserves electronic application information making application for procedures and the examination result generation system which generates examination results of procedures.;SOLUTION: A cooperation management system 5 manages cooperation between an acceptance system 3 which accepts and preserves electronic application information and an examination result generation system 4 which generates an examination result of the electronic application information, and the cooperation management system 5 includes: a procedure control part 51 which reads out an update system name 63_e and an examination state 63_c from an examination state table 63 in response to reception of an access request to electronic application information from the examination result generation system 4 and determines whether accessibility to electronic application information is defined in a procedure definition file 61 or not; and an application information cooperation part 52 which acquires the electronic application information preserved in the acceptance system 3 and outputs it to the examination result generation system 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
