PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user who installs a security system independently to receive services of a security company as necessary.;SOLUTION: The security system installed in the user's own house transmits abnormality information to a self-security server 200 through a network 500 upon detecting abnormality. The self-security server 200 notifies the user's portable terminal 400 about the abnormality information. When the user determines the situation to determine that a service of the security company is necessary, the user makes addressing request to the self-security server 200. The self-security server 200 makes addressing request to an online security server 300.
