PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate agreement of optical axes of each optical wiring, having plural optical wirings.;SOLUTION: This optical and electrical wiring board has electric wirings for propagating an electrical signal and optical wirings for propagating an optical signal, and is composed by piling a surface layer and a back layer having at least the electrical wirings and the optical wirings, and the optical wirings on the surface layer and the back layer are formed as a continuous body.
