PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display at least either of a communication line or a user that is influenced by the fault of a node.;SOLUTION: A searching section 18 of an integrated monitoring apparatus 1 searches a data string including all fluctuation factors included in an arrived fault message, the data string composed of one node kind name of a facility database 15, one node name to be monitored which is correlated to the name, one item of hardware constitution information correlated to the name, and one node setting name correlated to the hardware constitution information. The section 18 searches communication line information and a user name which are correlated to the node setting name of the searched data string by a user database 16.
