PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sputum sticking detector accurately detecting the sticking/non-sticking of the sputum of a patient without any man power.;SOLUTION: This sputum sticking detector is provided with a respiratory sound sensor (for example, a sound sensor 2 such as a microphone) measuring the respiratory sound of a patient 1, an acceleration sensor 3 detecting the acceleration in the motion of the thorax part of the patient 1, and a control means (a control unit 4) determining whether or not the patient is in a state of the sputum sticking based on the measurement results of the respiratory sensor 2 and the acceleration sensor 3. The control means 4 is so constituted as to determine whether the sputum sticks or not by comparing the respective thresholds of sound volume data, frequency data and acceleration data found from the measurement results of the respiratory sensor 2 and the acceleration sensor 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
