PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a reception or transmission timing considering a time required for a relay processing in a radio relay station (an occurrence of a time lag) in a radio communication system, whereby a message or data can be correctly received at a scheduled timing in a radio terminal or a radio base station.;SOLUTION: Time lag information concerning a relay delay accompanied in the relay processing in a radio relay station 1 is set in a radio base station 1 (S1), the reception timing at a radio terminal 3 is decided based on the time lag information (S2), and the transmission timing of the radio base station 1 or the reception timing in the radio terminal 3 is controlled in accordance with the decided reception timing (S5, S7).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
